I’m so worried, I mean I’m extremely worried at the staggering behavioral pattern amongst young chaps. With what’s going on, we’re gradually creating a system that will self-destruct in the nearest future. A larger percentage of young entry-level folks wanna become a public speaker or other sexy entrepreneurial titles. How did we even arrive at the goal “I want to become a public speaker” (What the heck is that)? I have told off one certain young entry-level individual here to go work and build substance and basic level relevance and then you can have a story to share. This is why a larger chunk of young people are towing this deadly path

Let’s think things through here. There is nothing massive about public speaking. If you got a story worth listening to, people will host you to come share this story with the world. I have a problem with jumping out on ignorance to go talk about something you read and not experienced. How do folks go about wanting to speak to people who have built stuff without having to build anything? I mean how do they do this?. Will Africa’s Tony Elumelu FDN struggle to speak on platforms?

Most time we put Nigeria’s ‘’Fela Durotoye’’ on this table, please head to www.feladurotoye.net and see how he charted his career path. He didn’t step out in ignorance. He worked, served, learned, and built something! I love him for that!

Don’t waste time attending public speaking masterclass! Yes, I said that. Go do STUFF. Go and build something. If you really wanna become great at telling your story and connecting with your audience, I strongly recommend an NLP Course. Stop wasting your time and bury yourself in knowledge and deep learning. I don’t want you to wake up at 2030 and realize that you’ve been marking time all these while. This is hard, yeah it’s better hard now so you can put yourself together and BUILD in silence!. It’s easy to jump out in ignorance and start talking about what you don’t intend to practice, that’s what everyone essentially does, you go do something! Start building STUFF
