It’s no brainer that we’re in the knowledge economy and everything is going to be hinged on knowledge at a massive level. This means that people are now consciously seeking knowledge at a highly voracious level. The downside however to this is the upsurge of inexperienced folks sharing what they do not understand (This is not why we’re here today. Another day, I’d address this)

One extraordinary thing about me is the ability to decipher what is valuable to me concerning my development journey. A lot of folks haven’t learned this intelligence let alone deploy it. This is why people attend the same events, conferences, and Masterclasses. They leave with “DEEP” notes about deep things they had but have no “CONVERSION” strategy. The reality of life is that you won’t need a soothsayer to tell you that you’re retrogressing

If you can’t act on what you know or have been taught, you don’t need new knowledge. You need to be arrested, detained, and rewired. So many folks have got “OSCARS” in attending Masterclasses and Conferences. You can’t pour new wine into old wine bottles, it will burst

Develop your Behavioural Alignment plan. If you don’t act on what you know, then what you know won’t set you free.

“LEARNING can be destructive and depressive when there is no behavioral change”.

Talk soon.
